About me….
I am a registered Instructor Member of The Tai Chi Union for Great Britain and a Senior Trainer with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. I am a highly experienced, Certified and fully insured Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor. I hold  First Aid and PVG certificates. All of my Tai Chi for Health qualifications require to be examined and renewed every two Years.

This ensures that my teaching remains safe and effective for all.

Come along to a local class in various locations around North Lanarkshire . 
Community-based classes are usually around £3 per class - see details of venues/class times etc  on the ‘Join a Class’ .

Suitable for all ages and levels of ability. All programmes can be modified to any individual health/mobility challenges. 
Participants can also take part seated. Seated Tai Chi is still a whole-body exercise!
